Q: What's the warranty for your products?
A: Normal products have 5 years warranty. We can also customize according to your requirements.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: 5 days for samples, 25 days for housing, 30 days for finished lamps.
Q: Can I put my logo on the products?
A: Yes, you can. We can print the logo or make a mold to engrave the logo on the products. Engraving the logo requires a minimum order quantity, usually more than 1000 pieces.
Q: Which port do you ship from?
A: We ship from Ningbo port. Shanghai port is also available. Other ports are not recommended as they will increase costs.
Q: Which brand's driver do you use?
A: For standard products, we use Inventronic. You can also choose Philips, Meanwell, or Osram. We also offer Chinese brands like Moso and Sosen for lower cost options.
Q: How about the chips? Which ones do you use?
A: Normally we use Philips 3030, and you can choose the CCT and RA. 5050 chips are also available and we can design according to your requirements.
Q: How about the lens? Is there any photometric option to choose?
A: Yes, we have many photometric options for each item. We typically use 50x50mm lenses, and Ledil lenses are also available with slightly longer delivery time.
Q: If I want to use NEMA socket, is it ok for this product?
A: Yes, of course. The base is designed to accommodate NEMA holes for all items in this family. ZHAGA holes are also available.
Q: What's the protection grade for your products?
A: IP66 IK08
Q: What's the grade for your powder coating?
A: Normal is C2 grade. For special requirements like seaside use, we can use phosphating with Akzo powder to reach higher levels like C3, C4 according to your requirements.
